Payment is usually made in full upon engagement, ensuring transparency and allowing you to budget with confidence. The agreed fee is clearly set out in our client care letter, which you receive before we begin work. Even if your case requires more time than initially estimated, you will not be charged extra — this is the benefit of our fixed-fee model, designed to provide certainty and peace of mind. In some cases, we may offer the option to split the payment into two instalments — typically 50% upfront and 50% at an agreed stage of the process. Please note: Home Office fees must be paid directly by you using your own payment method. We do not add any surcharge or markup on government fees, unless you are an approved corporate client with a billing account in place.
